1. The transportation of railway cement sleepers on highways should use vehicles with fixed frames. After loading, they should be securely tied to prevent displacement during transportation.

2. Railway cement sleepers for railway transportation should be loaded according to the approved loading plan by the railway department.

3. When loading, insert two triangular wedges between each stack of sleepers to prevent collisions and damage during transportation.

4. The transportation of railway cement sleepers shall comply with the following regulations: (1) 4 people shall be responsible for lifting each concrete sleeper; Bridge sleepers, switch sleepers, etc. should have more lifting personnel; (2) When lifting railway sleepers, the hanging sleepers should be secure, the lifting should be smooth, and the steps should be consistent when placing them; (3) A single person carrying a wooden pillow should have a fixed person shoulder it and then put it down, without shrugging or throwing it, to avoid colliding with others.

5. When unloading railway cement sleepers, it is strictly prohibited to touch, collide, drop, or twist them to avoid endangering equipment and personal safety.
